Roll the mixture (top coat and Art Glaze) over basecoat. Start with step 2 immediately. | Drag the brush (Dragging Brush) smoothly through the topcoat while it is still wet. | Wipe Dragging Brush regularly to prevently clogging, and to produce consistent effects across the surface. |
